A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of OAO TATNEFT, chaired by R.N. Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan, was held on February 28, 2012.
The Board of Directors meeting summed up the execution of the budget of OAO TATNEFT in January and approved the budget for March 2012
The Board of Directors was presented the information about the outcome of the Internal Audit Department operation for 2011. During the period under review its specialists had held 11 scheduled and 4 unscheduled audits on different issues of financial and business operations of the Company. The participants of the meeting approved a strategic plan of the Department activity for 2012-2014.
The Board of Directors discussed the progress of the program “Cost-effective Production” at the “TMS Group” Company
The Board of Directors considered a number of issues related to holding the annual general meeting of shareholders on the results of 2011.
The Board of Directors meeting also discussed a number of other issues of OAO TATNEFT activities.
