Crude Oil Production
TATNEFT produced 2,201,630 tons of crude oil in January 2012 or 100% versus January 2011 with the above-the-plan production amounting to 52,162 tons (102.4%).
The amount of 2,176,645 tons was delivered with the above-the-plan delivery amounting to 79,005 tons.
Totally enterprises of TATNEFT Company produced 2,225,664 tons of crude oil with the above-the-plan production amounting to 52,233 tons (102.4%).
Drilling
Traditional Drilling
The total new drilling penetration in January 2012 amounted to 53.2 thousand meters (42.2 thousand meters in 2011), including 38.8 thousand meters for OAO TATNEFT (35 thousand meters in 2011) with production drilling amounting to 37.4 thousand meters and exploratory drilling amounting to 1.4 thousand meters. The penetration for subsidiaries of OAO TATNEFT amounted to 4.6 thousand meters (2.5 thousand meters in 2011), including production drilling – 3.0 thousand meters and exploratory drilling – 1.6 thousand meters.
21 wells (28 wells in 2011) were constructed and delivered to the customers, including 11 wells (12 wells in 2011) for OAO TATNEFT with production drilling of 11 wells.
Active Well Stock Drilling
Total penetration of sidetracking and horizontal wellbores in January 2012 amounted to 3.1 thousand meters (3.7 thousand meters in 2011) with 2.1 thousand meters (2.9 thousand meters in 2011) for OAO TATNEFT.
2 wells (1 well in 2011) were delivered to the customers with 1 well delivered to OAO TATNEFT (0 wells in 2011).
40 drilling crews performed traditional well drilling operations. 7 drilling crews were engaged in drilling lateral wellbores and lateral horizontal wellbores. One drilling crew performed drilling to the bituminous deposits of Ashalchinskoye field for NGDU “Nurlatneft”. The penetration rate per a crew in January 2012 amounted to 1,309 meters (1195 meters in January 2011).
7.9 thousand meters were drilled outside the Republic of Tatarstan.
Wells Repair
645 remedial operations were performed in January 2012 (644 wells in January in 2011), including 551 production wells and 68 injection wells.
3 wells were repaired outside the Republic of Tatarstan for OOO “Tatneft-Samara” (4 wells in January in 2011, including 2 wells for OOO “Tatneft-Samara” and 2 wells for OOO “Tatneft-Severny”).
The workover operations were performed in 141 wells, including production string sealing performed in 23 wells, shutting-off individual layers and recompletion in other intervals were performed in 19 wells, transfer of wells into different categories and wells completion for injection in 10 wells, failure liquidation and cleaning of the production string and bottom hole zone in 9 wells and physical liquidation and re-liquidation in 2 wells.
37 wells were worked over with application of coil tubing, including 8 wells worked over through the annulus.
Formation hydrofracking operations were performed in 29 wells accounting for 12 wells increase versus the similar period in 2011 (17 wells in January 2011).
1 small diameter well was drilled and completed for OAO TATNEFT in January of the current year. At present drilling of one slim hole is in progress for each of the NGDUs: “Prikamneft”, “Almetyevneft” and “Yamashneft”.
Works on oil recovery enhancement (EOR) were performed in 158 wells, including chemical methods applied in 88 wells.
Bottomhole area treatment operations with application of OAO TATNEFT’s technologies were performed at 225 wells in January 2012.
