KCA DEUTAG currently manages more than 100 drilling rigs worldwide, operating in more than 20 countries and employing more than 8,000 personnel. Our key areas of operations are North and West Africa, Europe, Russia, the Middle East the North Sea and the Caspian Sea.

In recent years KCA DEUTAG has expended its operations in Algeria, Gabon, Mexico, Saudi Arabia and Thailand and significant expansion achieved in Azerbaijan, Nigeria and Russia (both Siberia and Sakhalin Island).

KCA DEUTAG is a leading provider of drilling rigs, rig management services and rig design and engineering services – both onshore and offshore – to the international oil and gas industry. Our breadth of services distinguishes us from the vast majority of international drilling contractors.

KCA DEUTAG’s primary role is as a drilling contractor, managing platform drilling rigs and owing and operating a fleet jack-up, self-erect tenders and land rigs around the world

In response to industry demands however, we also offer world-class, in-house conceptual design drilling facility engineering and drilling engineering.
