NEWCO WELL SERVICE has been operating in the oil service market since 2000 to provide innovative, engineered solutions to its customers involved in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas reserves.

NEWCO has grown from a small regional supplier of cementing services to a large full service pressure pumping company in Russia within 8 years.  NEWCO WELL SERVICE has 11 Fracturing fleets, 5 Coil Tubing units, 7 N2 units, and 5 sets of cementing equipment that is run by highly trained and reliable staff.

The company has got all required licenses and certificates to perform Cementing, Fracturing, Acidizing, N2 well completion with Coil.

NEWCO is an approved holder of ISO 9001 certification (Standard GOST R ISO 9001-2001 /ISO 9001:2000) The Company has been certified since December 18, 2006 and adheres to all of the quality control guidelines for services, products and management.

A Parent company TRICAN WELL SEVICE, the largest pressure pumping provider with growing international operations, provides NEWCO with state-of-the art technologies and equipment.

The company ensures that employees work in safe environment as well as other people involved in Newco daily operations.  Health protection, observation of the safety requirements and environmental protection are prerogative among other objectives of the company, and company’s management undertakes all required measures to make these goals real and that policy obeyed.

The Company is operating in Western Siberia, Krasnoyarsk, Volga and Urals areas of Russia, as well as in Kazakhstan.

Newco’s Customers are the largest Russian oil companies: TNK-BP, Rosneft, Russneft, Gazpromneft, LUKoil and others.

Newco was awarded a three-year fracturing contract 2008-2010 for BU “EAST”, TNK-BP;  A three year fracturing contract 2007-2009 for Yuganskneftegas, Rosneft; a three-year coil services contract 2008-2010 for Vankorneft, Vankor field of TNK-BP.

NEWCO runs fully equipped operations bases and bulk plants in Western Siberia, Khanty and Yamal areas: Raduzhny, Nyagan, Nefteyugansk, Gubkinskiy cities; Urals and Volga area: Perm; Krasnoyarsk area: Vankor field (Rosneft); Kazakhstan: Kyzylorda.
