“Based on the results of 9 months, the average price of Urals oil was $59.5 per barrel,” he emphasized. – This is 1.3 times less compared to the same period last year. However, since July of this year, the price of oil began to rise and reached $83. According to the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, there is every reason to believe that this dynamic should continue.”
