2nd National Oil and Gas Forum Will Be Held in Moscow 22-24 October 2014
The 2nd National Oil and Gas Forum will be held in Moscow 22-24 October 2014. Forum organised by the Russian Ministry of Energy, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (RSPP), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (TPP RF), the Union of Oil & Gas Producers of Russia and the Russian Gas Society. The 2nd National Oil and Gas Forum is the industry’s most important event of the year, largely determines the decisions strategy in the current economic situation.
Among the most important issues of the forthcoming discussion are preparing a new edition of the Energy Strategy of Russian Federation for the next forecast period. Special focus will be devoted to discussing the long-term goals and objectives of the national oil and gas industry, encouraging the innovative development and modernisation of the main segments of the energy infrastructure. The participants will be able to define the conditions and mechanism of the industry transition from resource-based to innovative development in the Russian Federation, as well as discuss the topics of improving tax and custom pricing policy, competition and market pricing development, promising project growth of exploration and production, refining and petrochemical industry.
A specialised exhibition “Modern technologies and innovations in Russian and CIS Oil and Gas Industry” will run in parallel to the Forum, introducing the most recent innovative technologies in oil and gas industry of the host country to all guests and participants. This exhibition allows participants to establish and reinforce marketing message and sign investment and partnership agreements.
