677.3 Thousand Tonnes of Oil Were Produced at the Dunga Field in 2025
By the end of last year, oil production at the Dunga field, located in the Tupkaragan district of the Mangystau Region, amounted to 677.3 thousand tonnes. In 2024, this figure stood at 630 thousand tonnes. Gas production exceeded 51 million cubic meters.
The company implemented geological and technical as well as other production measures aimed at improving operational efficiency.
In the current year, Dunga Operating GmbH (60% of the interest is held by JSC NC KazMunayGas) continues its operations in line with established production targets. Overall, since KazMunayGas acquired its stake in the Dungaproject, the development of the field has demonstrated a positive trend.
