  • A Collective Agreement was Signed at LUKOIL Technologies

    LUKOIL-Technologies (100% subsidiary of PJSC LUKOIL) approved a Collective Agreement. The document regulating social and labor relations and mutual obligations of the employees of the enterprise and the employer was adopted for the first time. The document was signed by Rinald Khamidullin, General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Technologies, and Irina Savelyeva, Chairman of the primary trade union organization of the enterprise.

    The main directions of the Collective Agreement are related to social benefits, guarantees and compensations, work with young workers and non-working pensioners. The legal act, in particular, provides for voluntary medical insurance, compensation for the cost of sanatorium vouchers for employees and their family members, payment of a non-state pension, including for special achievements in work when leaving for it. In addition, it is planned to increase the amount at the birth of a child and the amount of compensation for parents with children with disabilities.

    The collective agreement will enter into force on June 1, 2021 and will be valid until May 31, 2024.
