“Aerobatics” in Digital Production. ITPS Group of Companies Took High Positions in the Rating “Leaders of Information Technologies for Industry 2023”
On April 25, 2023, the business portal “Production Management” published the rating “Leaders of information technologies for industry 2023”. Its participants were leading Russian IT companies and holdings that have achieved success in the manufacturing sector. Among them is the ITPS group of companies, which has been participating in the ratings of the Production Management portal for the seventh time and confidently occupies high positions in various segments.
This year, ITPS took 2nd place in the segments “Corporate Information Management Systems (ERP)”, “Asset Management and MRO (EAM)” and “Performance Management (BI, CPM)” (improved last year’s results by 2, 2 and 3 lines respectively); 3rd place in Oil and Gas Complex and Human Capital Management (HRM) segments, 4th place in Production Management (APS, MRP, MES, MDC/MDA) and Logistics Management (Purchasing, SCE, SCM, WMS, TMS )”. In the general nomination “IT Leaders for the Industry of Russia” ITPS took the 4th place, as well as last year.
According to Leonid Tikhomirov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ITPS group of companies, the oil and gas sector continues to show high activity in the field of digitalization. Much attention is paid to the issues of increasing the efficiency of asset management with the help of Industry 4.0 technologies: integrated modeling and constraint models. Last year, the ITPS group of companies was able to successfully implement production management processes based on AVIST Oil&Gas’ own development for production management based on integrated simulation. This experience gives ITPS the opportunity to create “smart deposits” entirely on domestic technologies.
“Now the most important resource is time. Some large holdings are still implementing multi-stage digital transformation programs according to their roadmaps. However, most companies do not have such an opportunity, they need to quickly get the required functionality and reach the target result. We see the solution to this difficult task in the service approach. In 2022, we actively cooperated with mining, petrochemical companies, LNG producers – that is, with those industries where we have already gained good expertise. A number of projects have been implemented to digitalize business processes that have the greatest impact on the economics of production. As a result, our customers are switching to economically sound methods of enterprise management, while saving time and money,” Leonid Tikhomirov emphasized.
