Alexander Popov is appointed Director General of Itera Oil and Gas Company LLC. The new head has a task to efficiently integrate Itera’s assets into OJSC Oil Company Rosneft’s structure in order to gradually implement the company’s gas strategy aimed at substantial gas reserves monetization and increasing Rosneft’s shareholder value.
