  • Alliance Oil: June’s Average Production at 66,186 Barrels

    Alliance Oil Company’s total average daily oil and gas production for June and for the second quarter of 2013 amounted to 66,186 barrels of oil equivalent (boepd) and 66,349 boepd respectively. In total, 6.0 million barrels of oil equivalent (mboe) were produced in the second quarter of 2013. Preliminary average daily refining volumes at the Khabarovsk refinery amounted to 93,479 bopd in June and 84,953 bopd in the second quarter of 2013. In total, 7.7 million barrels of oil (mbbl) were refined in the second quarter of 2013.

    Upstream

    In the second quarter of 2013, the average oil production in the Timano-Pechora region amounted to 18,616 bopd, in the Volga-Urals region -21,195 bopd, in the Tomsk region -11,896 bopd and in Kazakhstan – 2,637 bopd. In the second quarter of 2013, 30 new wells were drilled.

    Gas production in the Tomsk region amounted to 7,337 boepd in the second quarter of 2013. In the Khanty-Mansiysk region, non-consolidated gas production in the second quarter of 2013 amounted to 9,153 boepd, out of which 4,668 boepd were included in the reporting as equity interest.

    Downstream

    In the downstream segment, the refinery run rate and oil product sales were record high in May and June of 2013 primarily due to strong demand for oil products domestically and in the bunker market. In April, refining volumes at the Khabarovsk refinery were reduced during scheduled maintenance works on the crude distillation and reforming units.

    Upstream and downstream production data for July 2013 will be disclosed on August 9, 2013. Second quarter 2013 financial results will be disclosed on August 21, 2013.
