An Oil Field is Being Sold at a Discount in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug
In Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug, the Vostochno-Panlorskoye field was put up for auction at a discount. A representative of the electronic site where the announcement of the auction was posted said that a year ago they asked to pay 51 million rubles for the right to use the subsoil plot, this year the initial price of the lot is 38 million rubles.
“In 2022, the auction for the East Panlorsky subsoil plot did not take place, then the starting price was 51.53 million rubles. On August 14, a new auction will be held, the price for the deposit has been reduced to 38,655,813 rubles,” a URA.RU correspondent was told.
Applications for tenders are accepted until July 18. The winner of the auction will receive the right to mine minerals in the Vostochno-Panlorsky subsoil area for 25 years. The field is located in the Surgut region of Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug near the licensed areas of Surgutneftegaz.
Earlier, URA.RU wrote that Rosnedra put up for auction the Lebyazhye oil field in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug at a discount. The initial price for a subsoil plot is 25% less than last year.
