  • Belorusneft Drillers Set a New Record

Belorusneft drillers set a new record, BelTA learned from the company.

The team of the Svetlogorsk Drilling Operations Department became the author of a new record, set on December 4 by brigade No. 9 of drilling foreman Alexey Kuzhelev. In one day, his workers drilled 700 m of rock. This is 36 m more than the previous indicator, which was completed in March 2023 by team No. 13 of drilling foreman Ilya Kovalev.

The new level was achieved thanks to the coordinated work of specialists from separate divisions and the central office of the company.

The production association “Belorusneft” was created in 1966. The company searches, explores and develops oil fields, drills wells, produces oil and associated petroleum gas in Belarus, and works in the oil sector of other countries.
