Belorusneft’s Well Stock Was Replenished With 66 New Objects in 2023
Belorusneft’s well stock was replenished with 66 new objects in 2023, Belorusneft Deputy General Director for Geology Petr Povzhik told BELTA.
In total, by the end of 2023, the company drilled 66 new wells. The volume of production from them amounted to 201 thousand tons of oil, said Petr Povzhik. So, in December, four wells were drilled. Three of them are at the Rechitsa field and one is at the Marmovichskaya area.
The production association “Belorusneft” was created in 1966. The company searches, explores and develops oil fields, drills wells, produces oil and associated petroleum gas in Belarus, and works in the oil sector of other countries.
