The contract includes a two-year framework agreement covering international and domestic freight by air, sea and road for all KONGSBERG subsidiaries

The global transport and logistics provider Blue Water Shipping has entered into an agreement with KONGSBERG having their headquarters in Norway.

During a two-year period, Blue Water Shipping has committed to deliver global and domestic air, sea and road transport solutions to all KONGSBERG subsidiaries. It will be a demanding task, however, as an experienced transport and logistics provider, with more than 40 years of experience, Blue Water Shipping looks forward to the challenges.

“Blue Water has a history of solving demanding logistics challenges for clients all over the world. Our global presence enable us to provide the solutions KONGSBERG are looking for. Our companies share more than experience and professional employees – we also share the focus on constant improvements through innovation and development. We are pleased to enter into partnership with an organisation like KONGSBERG”, says Thomas Kejser-Lervik, Managing Director of Blue Water Norway.

“Blue Water’s involvement will be on a global scale and include multiple countries within the Nordic region, Europe, Asia, Far East, North and South America. The contract with KONGSBERG will increase the focus on Blue Water globally and open up new markets where we have not yet become a household name”, adds Harald Thun, Global Account Manager and responsible for the Kongsberg contract
