  • C.A.T. oil AG Confirms the Resignation of the Supervisory Board

    Management and the Supervisory Board of Vienna based C.A.T. oil AG confirm the resignation of the chairman of the Supervisory Board, Mr Gerhard Strate, and the remaining members of the Supervisory Board with immediate effect. Mr Manfred Kastner, CEO, expressed on behalf of the Company gratitude and recognition for the long-standing and good cooperation.

    • Dr. Gerhard Strate resigned from his function as chairman of the Supervisory Board together with its remaining members with immediate effect
