Caspian Sunrise: Announce Appointment of Director

Caspian Sunrise, the Central Asian oil and gas company with a focus on Kazakhstan, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Seok Woo Shin to the board of the Company as Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.

Mr. Shin (aged 60) does not own any shares in the Company and has confirmed that there is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
