Oil and Gas Survey On the Industries Readiness for Large-Scale Digital Transformation – See the Results at RDCR-2020, April 23, 2020 in Moscow
One of the main discussion topics of the upcoming forum of the 8th RDCR 2020 – Well Engineering Forum, will be the digitalization in the oil and gas industry. Platinum sponsor RDCR-2020, NIPT GNT, JSC , together with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) – a global provider of leadership research and organizational development – are organizing a comprehensive study on the readiness of the oil and gas industry for large-scale digital transformation.
The results of the study will be presented as part of the plenary session of the RDCR-2020 Digitalization Forum on April the 23rd. The results of the survey, as well as a comparison with other industries, will be presented by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) at the RDCR. The report will provide insight on the 10 pillars of digital transformation, the overall Digital Transformation Readiness Index of the oil and gas industry according to CCL’s four level model of digital transformation, and the capabilities on which the delegates of the forum score their organizations highest and lowest.
Based on the results, the delegates will better understand the digital readiness of their own organizations, and will be able to identify key areas to focus on for the future.
