    SAN RAMON, Calif., October 29, 2014 – The Board of Directors of Chevron Corporation (NYSE: CVX) today declared a quarterly dividend of one dollar and seven cents ($1.07) per share, payable December 10, 2014, to holders of common stock as shown on the transfer records of the Corporation at the close of business on November 18, 2014.
