“A specialized vessel for drilling exploratory wells at sea depths has reached the point set for it and will soon begin scheduled work to determine hydrocarbon reserves in block 9,” he said.
The international consortium that won the tender for the development of oil and gas fields on the Mediterranean shelf off the coast of Lebanon includes the French company TotalEnergies, the Italian Eni and the Qatari QatarEnergy.
