Division of TAGRAS Holding Will Take Part in the International Exhibition “Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – OGU 2023”
“TNG-Group” from May 18 to 20 will take part in the 25th international exhibition “Oil and Gas of Uzbekistan – OGU 2023”. The exposition will be located on the territory of the NEC “Uzexpocentre” in Tashkent, pavilion No. 2, booth D100.
Within the framework of the exhibition, the TNG-Group division will present technologies for field seismic surveys and equipment for performing geophysical surveys in wells. In particular, the borehole seismic system Geochain X HP, designed for research using the method of vertical seismic profiling – VSP and its various modifications, as well as for passive monitoring of seismic processes in the study areas.
The Geochain X HP system is one of the world’s best borehole seismic systems on the market. The equipment allows performing seismic surveys not only on land, but also at sea, withstands pressure up to 1700 atmospheres and temperatures up to +195 degrees Celsius for twelve hours. At standard downhole temperatures and pressures, operators can continuously record while monitoring various microseismic geological processes, including hydraulic fracturing.
Cooperation between TNG-Group and Uzbek colleagues has been ongoing since 2018. During this time, several projects have been successfully completed. So, in 2021, specialists from the Holding division conducted geophysical surveys in wells and perforation of productive formations at the Uzbekneftegaz fields.
