The economic effect from the implementation of the production efficiency program of LLC Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz amounted to 3.375 billion rubles in 2022.
Systematic work to improve the production efficiency of facilities is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2030 Strategy: Reliable Energy and Global Energy Transition. The Company is carrying out large-scale work to reduce the operating costs of its production facilities, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions aimed at reducing energy consumption.
One of the most effective solutions implemented by the company in 2022 is foam mud drilling. This technique allows you to optimize the drilling time and project costs. In general, the accumulated economic effect from the use of the technology will be more than 870 million rubles over three years.
Of the technical solutions implemented at the enterprise in 2022, the maximum savings were obtained thanks to the project “Use of a gas-liquid mixture in the construction of an open hole for a liner section at production wells”. The specialists of the company have put into practice the drilling of productive formations on the foam solution instead of drilling on oil, formation water or water-oil mixture. The use of foam solution allows you to carry out work without complications and in the shortest possible time. The cost of building one well is reduced by 4 million rubles. An additional benefit when using foam-concrete is oil savings – 1500-3000 m3 per well. For three years, the planned economic effect from the use of technology will be more than 870 million rubles.
The company also implemented projects to modernize pumping units, reduce energy consumption, optimize well design, and a number of others. Over the past four years, Slavneft-Krasnoyarskneftegaz specialists have proposed 90 innovative ideas, of which 48 have already been put into production. The cumulative economic effect of the implemented solutions will amount to 13.7 billion rubles.
The production efficiency improvement program provides for the implementation of projects aimed at optimizing costs and improving production processes, including through the introduction of advanced technological solutions. The program is designed for the personal participation of the company’s employees – each specialist can offer initiatives to improve production processes.
