Economic Effect from the Implementation of the Orenburgneft Production Efficiency Program Exceeded 3 Billion Rubles
The Orenburgneft company, which is part of the oil production complex of NK Rosneft, at the end of 2021 received an economic benefit of more than 3 billion rubles from the implementation of the program to improve production efficiency.
Systematic work to improve production efficiency is a key element of Rosneft’s strategy. The company is systematically working to reduce operating costs through the introduction of advanced technological solutions and management approaches.
Among the most effective proposals implemented by Orenburgneft is the technology for the rational use of associated petroleum gas from the Rybkinskaya group of fields. To solve this problem, the reserve capacities of the Vakhitovskaya gas compressor station and the Zagorskaya APG treatment plant were used. The economic effect from the implementation of the innovative solution amounted to more than 2 billion rubles.
In 2021, Orenburgneft employees tested 14 innovative technologies in drilling and well workover, as well as in the energy sector.
In the period 2019-2021 Orenburgneft specialists developed 137 projects as part of the production efficiency improvement program, 73 of them were accepted for implementation. The efficiency of their application is more than 6 billion rubles.
