Economic Effect of Reducing the Production Costs of RN-Purneftegaz Exceeded 800 Million Rubles
In 2020, 27 projects to improve production efficiency (PPE) were implemented at the facilities of LLC RN-Purneftegaz (part of the oil production complex of NK Rosneft ). The economic effect exceeded 800 million rubles, including operating costs decreased by 498 million rubles, capital expenditures – by 302 million rubles.
The development of technological and scientific potential is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2022 strategy: The company pays special attention to innovation and the use of digital and technological approaches throughout the production chain, identifying technological leadership as a key factor in competitiveness in the oil and gas market.
RN-Purneftegaz is actively involved in improving the qualifications of personnel in the field of production efficiency. During the year, 14 rationalization proposals of the company’s employees were introduced into production processes, and another 21 new projects were approved. Among the implemented initiatives are the use of unmanned technologies for aerial monitoring of pipelines and oil and gas production facilities, projects to reduce energy consumption, as well as to reduce technological losses in production.
At the end of the year, RN-Purneftegaz was recognized as the leader within the Company in terms of the number of replicated production efficiency projects in the Oil and Gas and Offshore Business Development Block
