Effect of the Implementation of Rationalization Project at Vostok Oil Exceeded 50 Billion Rubles
The economic effect from the introduction of mobile oil treatment systems at the Vostok Oil fields amounted to more than 50 billion rubles. Two mobile complexes with a total capacity of 8 thousand cubic meters. m per day in July 2021 were put into operation at well pads No. 2 and No. 3 of the Lodochnoye field in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
The development of technological potential is one of the key elements of the Rosneft-2022 strategy. The company pays special attention to innovation and the use of breakthrough technological approaches with an economic effect, identifying technological leadership as a key factor in competitiveness in the oil market.
Mobile wells exploration and development complexes (PKIOS) are designed to prepare the oil emulsion coming from production wells to commercial quality and then send the finished oil to the main oil pipeline. Mobility, low metal consumption, absence of stationary piles and foundations, simple installation, flexible connections are the advantages of PKIOS. The complex can be installed anywhere in the production area and serve several well pads, producing thousands of tons of marketable oil. The complexes are equipped with modern automated systems for measuring and controlling the quality of the oil being prepared. All information about the operation of the complexes is sent to the operator’s automated workstation.
Today, the operating fund of the Tagulskoye and Lodochny fields is 201 oil wells, the total cumulative oil production is about 8 million tons. The innovative development significantly reduces the development period of well pads and can be used in new fields – up to the stage of commissioning stationary oil treatment units.
