    Eurasia Drilling Company Limited announces that based on Article 73A of the Articles of the Company, the Board appointed Messrs Murat Sampiev, Alexander Bogachev and Taleh Aleskerov as Directors to fill current vacancies on the Board. Murat Sampiev will be a Class I Director, Alexander Bogachev will be a Class I Director and Taleh Aleskerov will be a Class II Director.
