Exillon Energy: Appointment of Alternate Director
The Board of Exillon Energy plc announces today that it has approved the appointment of Mr Chris Newman as an Alternate Director for Mr Sergey Koshelenko, a Director and the Non-executive Chairman of the Company, to act as his alternate director with immediate effect in his absence at the Company’s Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for 11:00 a.m on 18 November 2020.
Mr Newman is authorised to act as Chairman of the Meeting.
Mr. Newman is the Managing Partner and CIO of Audentia Capital Management LLP, and has over 12 years of experience and deep expertise in commodity finance, structured solutions, derivatives and physical trading.
There is no other information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph 9.6.13R of the Listing Rules in relation to this appointment.
The appointment of Mr Newman as alternate director and Chairman will terminate at the conclusion of the Meeting.
