Exillon Energy plc: Appointment of Auditor and Appointment of Company Secretary
Exillon Energy plc announces that it has appointed Ernst & Young LLP (“E&Y”) as auditors following a competitive tender process, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (“PwC”).
As part of our ongoing cost review processes, the Board decided to authorise the Audit Committee to conduct a formal tender process for audit services. E&Y was successful and has been appointed.
The Company also announces that David Venus & Company LLP have been appointed as company secretary to the Company. The previous company secretary, Thomas Johnson, will assist until the expiry of his contract in November 2012.
