Exterran Holdings Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

Exterran Holdings, Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend of $0.15 per share of common stock, a rate of $0.60 per share on an annualized basis, to be paid on May 18, 2015 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2015.
