  • Five Oil and Gas Blocks Will be Put Up for Auction in the Samara Region

    Fields are near to the fields of Samaraneftegaz.

    Privolzhsknedra announced an auction for several oil and gas bearing subsoil areas in the Samara region at once. These are the Volga, Gubernsky, Tangai, Tremasovsky and Troitsky sections. All of them are located in areas well studied by oilmen and contain small reserves of hydrocarbons. The Devon news agency learned about this from the materials of Rosnedra.

    Auctions will be held on the ETP GPB electronic platform on July 6, 2023 at 09:30 Moscow time. Applications of subsoil users with documentation are accepted until June 17. The fee for participation in the auctions is 134,688 rubles.

    Privolzhsky subsoil plot with an area of 387 sq. km. located in the Privolzhsky and Khvorostyansky districts. They ask for almost 7.5 million rubles for it. Oil resources for category Dl are 2 million tons, for Dl – 0.5 million tons. Gas resources for Dl are estimated at 0.4 billion cubic meters, for D2 – 0.2 billion cubic meters.

    Nearby are the villages of Privolzhye, Spasskoye, Ozeretskoye, Fedorovka, Sofyino, Yekaterinovka, the villages of Ilmen, Tomansky. High-voltage power lines, communication lines and an oil pipeline pass through this territory.

    Provincial plot with an area of 650.7 sq. km. extends to the Krasnoarmeisky, Bolsheglushitsky and Pestravsky districts of the Samara region. The Gubernskaya, Severo-Pestravskaya, Khachbulagskaya, Chagorskaya, Yutovskaya and partially Chudovskaya structures are prepared for deep exploratory drilling.

    The recoverable prepared oil resources according to D0 are 1.462 million tons. The established oil reserves according to Dl are 4 million tons, according to the category Dl – 6 million tons, gas according to Dl – 1.3 billion cubic meters. The minimum (starting) amount of a one-time payment for the use of subsoil exceeds 28 million rubles. They ask for 5.192 million rubles for the plot.

    Tangai section with a size of 162.2 sq. km. located within the Elkhovsky, Krasnoyarsk and Sergievsky districts. There is a Tangai structure prepared for deep exploratory drilling with recoverable oil resources of category D0 – 0.099 million tons. 1 million tons of oil in Dl and 1.3 million tons in Dl were found in this area.

    Within the site are the settlements Russkaya Selitba, Mordovskaya Selitba, Mordvinka, Chesnokovka and Berezovka. Asphalt roads connect Russkaya Selitba and Mordovskaya Selitba. The south section is crossed by two gas pipelines. Nearby are Ivanovskoye, Kiselevskoye, Olkhovskoye, Picherskoye oil fields, developed by JSC Samaraneftegaz (Rosneft).

    Tremasovsky subsoil plot with an area of 477 sq. km. located in the Krasnoyarsk and Elkhovsky districts. An oil field of the same name was discovered on the Tremasovsky site. It contains 0.84/0.35 million tons of C1 category oil (layers A4 and B2); 0.302/0.1 million tons in category C2 (seam A4).

    At the Tremasovskiy block, the Bezrechenskaya structure and the Western dome of the Tremasovskaya structure were prepared for deep exploration drilling. The total recoverable oil resources in category D0 are 0.688 million tons. Oil resources in category Dl are estimated at 4 million tons, in category Dl – at 2.5 million tons; gas – 0.2 billion cubic meters (Dl).

    Within the site are the villages of Alekseevka, Bolshaya Kamenka, Kalinovka, Kommunarsky, Mal. Rakovka, St. Buyan. The nearest oil fields (Severo-Kamenskoye, Kiselevskoye, Olkhovskoye, Rakovskoye) are being developed by Samaraneftegaz. High-voltage power lines, communication lines, gas pipelines and an oil pipeline pass through the site. The starting size of a one-time payment exceeds 115 million rubles.

    The Troitsky site (123.3 sq. km) is also put up for auction in the Samara region. It is located in the Syzran and Shigon regions. Auction participants are asked to pay 2.415 million rubles of the minimum payment for the use of subsoil. Geologists have established oil resources in the Dl category at 0.7 million tons. Within the Troitsky there are deposits of cement raw materials and glass sand, as well as the Troitsky section of groundwater. It belongs to the Troitsky Beverage Factory.

    Within the site are the villages of Troitskoye, Nadezhdino; the villages of Osinovka, Peredovaya, the villages of Kuchugurovka, Cheremokhovka. Infrastructure facilities pass through this territory, including the Syzran-Ulyanovsk oil pipeline. There is a gas pipeline near the southern border of the Troitsky area.

    In March 2022, Devon news agency reported that TNP won the auction for the Dashkovsky oil field in the Borsky district of the Samara region. The winner raised the price for the lot by 133 times and paid almost 106.5 million rubles for it. Okhtin-Oil (Tatarstan), Tekhsnab (affiliated to the winning company) and UDS Neft, ex-deputy of the State Council of Udmurtia Alexei Chulkin, also claimed the site.
