  • Foreign Investors Win Tender to Develop Seven Oil Fields in Iran

    Foreign investors won the tender to develop seven oil fields in Iran. This was reported by the Iranian publication IFP News.

    The head of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), M. H. Mehr, noted that Iran is actively promoting foreign investment in the oil sector.

    The head of NIOC also noted that Iran has concluded oil contracts with various countries and is negotiating new agreements.

    These statements were made against the backdrop of the start of the 28th Iran International Oil, Gas, Refining and Petrochemicals Exhibition, known as Iran Oil Show 2024, which was held in Tehran. The exhibition was attended by more than 250 companies from 12 countries, including Argentina, Austria, Belarus, China, France, India, Japan and Russia, as well as 1,500 domestic companies.
