“Gazprom” and ENI noted progress in implementing joint projects

Participants discussed the implementation of joint projects. In particular, both sides stressed that the process of agreeing the contract to purchase natural gas company “SeverEnergia” is in the final stage. In addition, questions were raised on the entry of the shareholders of a joint project company responsible for the implementation of the offshore section of the project ” South Stream “, the French company EDF and Germany’s Wintershall Holding.
