Gazprom and TMK Discussed Cooperation Between the Companies After the Merger of TMK and ChTPZ
A working meeting between Alexey Miller , Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee and Dmitry Pumpyansky, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Pipe Metallurgical Company (TMK), took place in St. Petersburg today .
During the meeting, Dmitry Pumpyansky told Alexey Miller about the results of the transaction for TMK’s acquisition of a number of assets of PJSC Chelyabinsk Tube Rolling Plant (ChTPZ).
The parties discussed issues of long-term cooperation. In particular, they talked about the capabilities of the united company to meet Gazprom’s needs in terms of pipe products: supply of pipes for well construction and transportation of hydrocarbons, as well as services for technical, maintenance and repair services throughout the life cycle of supplied pipes.
