Gazprom Has Launched A Tender For The Sale Of Assets In The North Sea
Gazprom International Limited (a subsidiary of Gazprom) has launched a tender for the sale of assets in the North Sea, including a 50% stake in a joint venture with the German Wintershall Dea, according to the company’s materials on the ETP Gazprombank electronic platform.
MKOO Gazprom International Limited has begun a competitive procedure for the sale of assets in the North Sea. The company placed the corresponding application on the electronic trading platform of Gazprombank. It is planned to sell a 50 percent stake in a joint venture with the European Wintershall Dea Nederland Asset Holding B.V. in the company Wintershall Noordzee B.V. ( WINZ) and a 100 percent stake in a subsidiary of Gazprom International UK Limited, which owns a stake in the consortium to develop the Sillimanite field,” the statement said.
