  • Gazprom Neft: Increases Gasoline Production by 6.5% in 9 Months of 2021

    At the end of 9 months of 2021, the production of gasoline and diesel fuel at Gazprom Neft’s own refineries – Moscow and Omsk – increased by 6.5%, to 5.53 million tons and 1%, to 6.95 million tons, respectively. The total refining volume increased by 7.6% against the result of 9 months of 2020 – up to 24.2 million tons, the achieved level is also 3.2% higher than the indicator for 9 months of 2019. Thanks to a set of measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Moscow and Omsk refineries of Gazprom Neft ensure continuous production for the supply of demanded oil products to the market.

    During the reporting period, the output of modern high-octane gasoline G-Drive 100 also increased by 24.8% and winter diesel fuel by 9.2%. The volume of aviation kerosene production increased by 37.4% to 1.88 million tons. Production of construction and road bitumen by Gazprom Neft increased by 12.8%, amounting to 1.7 million tons, while the Moscow Refinery also produced 23.1 thousand tons of innovative polymer-bitumen binders, increasing the production of these products by 10.38 % to the previous year.

    “We pay great attention to improving the efficiency of oil refining assets and continue the program of large-scale modernization, introduce digital control systems, and build modern production complexes. To protect personnel and maintain the continuity of production, we are implementing measures to counter COVID-19 at the refinery. Thanks to such an integrated approach, we are able to promptly respond to consumer requests and increase production volumes. “
