Gazprom Neft Is Ready to Increase Oil Production If Instructed By the Ministry of Energy
Gazprom Neft is ready to increase oil production if the relevant order is received from the Ministry of Energy, Alexander Dyukov, the head of the company, told reporters on the sidelines of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs congress.
“If the Ministry of Energy informs us about the corresponding increase in quotas, Gazprom Neft is ready to increase production,“ he said.
Answering a question about possible parameters of production growth, he added: “Everything will depend on what quotas the Ministry of Energy will give us.“
“Processing in 2025 will not be lower than last year‘s level. At the same time, last year was a record year in terms of processing volumes. But perhaps this year, we will increase the volume of processing compared to last year,“ the head of the company also said.
In 2024, Gazprom Neft increased oil refining by 1.1% to 42.9 million tons.
