Gazprom Neft Will Pay Record Dividends for 2023
On June 26, 2024, Gazprom Neft held the annual General Meeting of Shareholders, at which the results of the company’s activities for 2023 were summed up. Gazprom Neft shareholders considered the issue of profit distribution and approved dividends in the amount of 102.43 rubles per one ordinary share based on the results of 2023. Dividends take into account the part paid based on the results of 9 months of 2023 in the amount of 82.94 rubles per one ordinary share.
The date on which persons entitled to receive dividends are determined is July 8, 2024.
