Gazprom Neft publishes consolidated financial disclosure data prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the 12 months of 2023. At the end of 2023, Gazprom Neft achieved a record growth in revenue: it amounted to 3 trillion 520 billion rubles – 3.2% higher than the result of 2022. Adjusted EBITDA (earnings before interest, income tax, depreciation and amortization) amounted to 1 trillion 319 billion rubles. Net profit attributable to Gazprom Neft shareholders at the end of 2023 was fixed at RUB 641 billion. The dynamics of the indicator is due to changes in macroeconomic parameters, an increase in tariffs of natural monopolies and an increase in the tax burden.
The efficient operating activities of Gazprom Neft provided the company with free cash flow in the amount of RUB 400.5 billion. for 12 months of 2023. Strong financial results allowed Gazprom Neft to pay interim dividends for 9 months of 2023 in the amount of RUB 82.94. per share.
