In his speech, Sergey Vitalievich singled out the main characteristics of the feasibility (investment) assessment of oil and gas projects at various stages of the asset life cycle, and also described the possibilities of their use in the formation of a system for auditing mineral reserves in the Russian Federation, which is currently being developed under the guidance of the International Center of Excellence .
