Nyaganneft (part of Eduard Khudainatov’s NOC) acquired the rights to develop the Lebyazhye field in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug for more than 600 million rubles.
“The auction was declared invalid,” Ura.ru quotes a representative of the electronic trading platform. – However, according to the auction rules, the right to use the Lebyazhy subsoil block was granted to a single applicant – LLC Nyaganneft. The final amount of a one-time payment for the use of subsoil is over 638 million rubles.”
The organizers considered the application of Nyaganneft and recognized that it complies with the Law “On Subsoil” and the rules of bidding. After issuing a license for a subsoil plot, the company will be able to extract minerals at the Lebyazhye field for 25 years.
