Interaction with PJSC Transneft
In connection with a large number of media inquiries on the interaction of PJSC NK Rosneft and PJSC Transneft on the issue of taking joint measures to exclude oil pollution in the process of its commodity preparation and settlement of a number of existing issues, the companies report the following:
The situation with the transportation of raw materials produced by Rosneft has a number of differences due to the large volumes of pumping and the direction of these volumes for the Company’s own processing, as well as due to the need to take into account the quality of raw materials for the Russian and European refineries to which this oil is supplied, in unlike other market participants who sell their products to oil traders.
Currently, PJSC NK Rosneft and PJSC Transneft carry out ongoing interaction on all issues, including the settlement of the consequences associated with oil pollution in main pipelines. As a result of this work, the issues concerning individual partners are being settled, in particular, Total, PKN Orlen, Shell, etc.
Cooperation between companies is constructive.
PJSC NK Rosneft and PJSC Transneft are partners in a number of important projects, maintain normal working relations and are in constant close interaction.
