International Society of Automation: Mo Loch Appointed Regional Director for the Middle East
Mo Loch has organised the ISA Europe, Middle East, Africa Conference and Exhibitions since 2012. Those successful event in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE have increased membership of ISA Sections and increased awareness of the importance of the Automation profession. Mo Loch will also work to expand the adoption of ISA’s world class workforce development, training and certification products and services in the GCC region.

Speaking on the appointment, Timothy Feldman, Director Global Products &Services, commented, “The Middle East is the fastest growing region for ISA internationally. Mohammed was key in developing the new chapters in Bahrain and Oman and already works closely with our chapters in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar and Kuwait and we wish to support them more by having an official representative on the ground so he was the logical choice and we believe the increased ISA presence will benefit the automation industry for the region”
Mr. Loch, also made a statement on his new role, “When it comes to Automation there is no institution greater than the ISA so I am delighted to be able to be a part of them in a much more official capacity. It is an honour and I am excited to develop the future of the automation sector for the Middle East together.”
