Izhevsk Plant Localizes Hydraulic Equipment in Tatarstan
The PromGidravlika-S company from Udmurtia is going to localize the production of hydraulic equipment in Naberezhnye Chelny or Kazan. The director of the company, Alexey LIKHACHEV, spoke about this at a meeting of the Scientific and Technical Council of Tatneftekhiminvest-Holding JSC (Kazan).
The company produces hydraulic cylinders for oil production, hydraulic drives for downhole sucker rod pumps. “There are many points of contact with the Tatneft and Sheshmaoil companies,” noted the director of PromGidravlika-S.
Other products include mobile hydraulic units for drilling rigs and block oil dispensing units for dosing mineral oils. accurate to 1-2 ml. It is possible to regulate the volume and pressure of the supplied oil.

Specialists from the PromGidravlika-S company are also going to modernize old hydraulic equipment at the Nizhnekamskshina vulcanizers (the tire plant is part of TNHI). The customer is faced with the task of replacing European-made components. Izhevsk residents also intend to establish cooperation with KAMAZ.
Among the company’s developments are cylinders for popular models of scrap metal handlers. They are used for railway shipments of scrap, Likhachev said.
PromGidravlika-S LLC was founded in 2010 in Izhevsk. It is part of the Industrial Cluster of the Republic of Tatarstan. The company manufactures and services hydraulic stations, high-pressure hoses, hydraulic cylinders, etc. The latter are used in forestry, road construction, municipal and other special equipment.
