KazMunaiGas Exploration & Production: Dauren Karabayev Elected to the Broard

JSC KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (“KMG EP” or the “Company”) held its regular Board of Directors meeting. During this meeting, Mr. Dauren Karabayev was elected as the Chairman of the Board, replacing Mr. Igor Goncharov, who has elected to leave JSC “National Company “KazMunaiGas” (“KMG NC”). Mr. Dauren Karabayev is an Executive Vice President – Finance Director at KMG NC and has been a member of the
KMG EP’s Board of Directors since May 2017. This decision comes into effect immediately.
