KazMunaiGas Exploration Production held an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
KazMunaiGas Exploration Production (“KMG EP” or the “Company”) announces results of extraordinary general meeting held on November 6, 2012. Shareholders voted for amendments to the Company Charter, approved Company’s revised Corporate Governance Code and repealed the old one.
