Key Trends of Energy Development for Arctic Continental Shelf Hydrocarbons Exploitation will be Discussed at the RAO / CIS Offshore 2019 Forum
Discussion on the topic “Energy for the Production of Hydrocarbons in the Continental Shelf of the Arctic” will be held in the framework of the 14th International Forum on the Development of Oil and Gas Resources in the Arctic and the Continental Shelf – RAO / CIS Offshore 2019.
Nuclear power; modernization of energy facilities in the Arctic; construction of new generating capacities, modernization and reconstruction of existing facilities are in the focus of discussion.

Experts will discuss key trends in energy development for the reclamation of the Arctic and
the continental shelf; technologies that can replace existing sources of electricity in remote areas; products of interest to the oil and gas sector.
1-4 October, RAO/CIS Offshore 2019, 14th International Conference and Exhibition for Oil and Gas Resources Development of the Russian Arctic and CIS continental Shelf, will be held according with the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Forum will be held at the best congress and exhibition venue of St. Petersburg – Expoforum Exhibition and Convention Center for the first time in its history. The event will take place simultaneously with the Gas Forum and specialised exhibitions InGAS Stream, Import Substitution in the Gas Industry, Gas Motor Fuel, ROS-GAZ-EXPO.
