Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Authorities Put Oil Fields Up for Sale for 170 Million Rubles
The authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug put up for auction licenses for the development of five oil and gas fields. The total cost of subsoil plots is almost 170 million rubles.
“Applications are being accepted for bidding for the acquisition of the right to use the subsoil plots “Maloteterinsky”, “Agatovy”, “Kazymsky-3”, “Krasnoleninsky-1” and “Pokhorsky-1”. In total, the starting price of the five deposits is 168,313,316 rubles,” the auction organizer told the agency. Applications for the auction are accepted until May 25; in June, the commission will determine the winner of the auction.
For a license to develop the most expensive subsoil plot, the buyer will have to pay more than 100 million rubles. The agate deposit is located in the Nizhnevartovsk region, 66 km southwest of Nizhnevartovsk. According to preliminary estimates, its reserves amount to more than seven million tons of oil and a billion cubic meters of gas.
The cheapest subsoil site, Pokhorsky-1, will cost subsoil users about six million rubles. It is located in the Kondinsky district of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug and requires additional study: prospecting and exploration drilling has not been carried out on it. In the same municipality there is the Maloteterinskoye deposit, which was valued at 31 million rubles. The Krasnoleninsky-1 site, costing eight million rubles, is located in the Khanty-Mansiysk region, and Kazymsky-3, costing 17.7 million rubles, is located in the Beloyarsky region.
Earlier, URA.RU wrote that the authorities of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug will sell licenses for six new oil and oil and gas fields in 2024. Subsoil areas contain more than 60 million tons of oil and 7 billion cubic meters of gas.
