    • Liebherr Offshore Cranes Support Renowned Cygnus Project

    Liebherr-Werk Nenzing GmbH, Austria has been awarded with the contract to provide four offshore cranes of the type RL 2650-25 D EX Litronic® to GDF SUEZ E&P UK for the Cygnus gas field project, situated in the southern North Sea.

    The Cygnus gas field is the largest to be discovered within the last 25 years in the Southern basin and is operated by GDF SUEZ. The four offshore cranes will be built in the Liebherr production facility in Sunderland, UK.
