LUKOIL: Alexander Leyfrid Appointed General Director of LUKOIL-Komi

LUKOIL would like to announce that Alexander Leyfrid, the former head of OOO LUKOIL-PERM, has been appointed General Director of OOO LUKOIL-Komi and also Vice-president of OAO LUKOIL (combined duties).

Pyotr Oboronkov, the former head of OOO LUKOIL-Komi, will work in the corporate headquarters of the company.

Oleg Tretyakov, formerly First Deputy General Director – Chief Engineer of OOO LUKOIL-PERM, was appointed General Director of the enterprise.

The staff changes were made in accordance with the OAO LUKOIL policy as regards human resources management. The new appointments reflect the strategic importance the company attaches to the development of the Timan-Pechora province, including the development of Yaregskoye field of high-viscosity oil.
