LUKOIL and Volgograd Region to Develop Partnership

Andrey Bocharov, Governor of Volgograd Region, and Vagit Alekperov, President of LUKOIL, signed the minutes to the Cooperation Agreement between the local administration and the Company. The document defines main areas of social cooperation in the region.
Andrey Bocharov and Vagit Alekperov also took part in a working conference and reviewed prospects for developing the local resource base, which included implementation of its exploration program, search for objects at already developed areas, and opportunities for LUKOIL to acquire new licensing areas in the region.
